The intelligent bag provider: INTERJUTE Company dedicated to the trade in used jute bags. Rapid growth and external developments caused a change to new bags made of jute and woven polypropylene. Later FIBC's (Giant bags) were added to the range.

INTERJUTE is one of Europe's largest providers of polypropylene-, polyethylene-, cotton-, jute- and 'mixed fibre'-bags for the packaging of flour, sugar, seeds, fertilizer, chemicals, animal feed, malt and many other products.

Import / Export: Bags are imported from several countries     (China, Indonesia, Bangladesh, India, Poland) InterJute bags made of polypropylene, jute,       cotton, mixed fibres and paper. Their stock of 10 million bags.

  • The Agro-technology and Food Science Group, Wageningen was the PEA of the project Jute Reinforced Polyolefines for Industrial Applications: Phase II: Material Optimisation and Process Up-scaling for Commercialisation;

  • Biotechnological Application of Enzymes for making Pulp and Paper from Green Jute/Kenaf (the whole plant).

Mr. A.F.M. Sarwar Kamal, former Secretary General, IJSG visited CFC, Amsterdam, the Netherlands to attend the 37th Governing Council meeting of CFC in November 2005. 

 

Mr. A.F.M. Sarwar Kamal, former Secretary General, IJSG visited CFC, Amsterdam, the Netherlands to attend the IYNF Steering Committee meeting in January 2006. 

 

Dr. Latifa Binte Lutfar, Operations Officer, IJSG visited Amsterdam, the Netherlands to attend the 38th meeting of the Consultative Committee of CFC in July 2006.

 

The former Secretary General, Mr. Sudripta Roy, IJSG visited Amsterdam, the Netherlands to meet with Ambassador Ali Mchumo, Managing Director, CFC in February 2008.

 

The former Secretary General, Mr. Sudripta Roy,and Dr. Latifa Binte Lutfar, Operations Officer, visited Amsterdam, the Netherlands to attend the 42nd meeting of the Consultative Committee of CFC in July 2008.
